For custom saunas with on-site assembly
Approve your quote and pay the deposit to confirm your order and start the build.
Before delivery, have a qualified electrician prepare a suitable, energised supply within 3 metres of the agreed sauna connection point, with the specified voltage, phase and capacity.
The remaining 50% is payable when our installation team arrives at the installation location. Full payment must be received and confirmed before the sauna is unloaded or assembly or installation begins.
After full payment is received and confirmed, our team unloads and builds your sauna and connects from the prepared power point inward, then tests it. Your electrician is responsible for the supply to that point.
If you choose delivery without assembly, or collect from our workshop, the remaining 50% is due before the sauna leaves the workshop.

We are a small Thai–Finnish crew building out of our own workshop in Surin, with a showroom in Bang Saen. We cut, frame, clad and finish every cabin ourselves, then deliver and install it with you on-site. No middlemen, no drop-shipping — just people who love saunas building yours.
Every Sisu wall is a factory-built sandwich panel. A welded 50 mm box-steel skeleton carries the structure, insulation fills every cavity, a foil vapour barrier seals the hot side, and both faces are boarded with plywood and clad in real wood. Rigid, straight and insulated — built for Thai heat and humidity.

Hot air rises, so the temperature climbs roughly 2–3°C for every 100 mm of height — up to 100°C at the ceiling. That layering creates natural micro-climates: sit on the upper bench for the full heat, the lower bench for a gentler session. Everyone in the same sauna picks their own.

Your sauna arrives as finished panels and goes together in the same order as our real installation guide — from your level concrete pad to the first heat-up.

A chiller plumbs into any shower head. Switch it on, wait about 20 minutes for the water to run ice-cold, then step under a fresh, flowing stream — no ice needed. It's far faster than an ice bath: no filling a tub, and no waiting 4–5 hours for the water to get cold.
How it works: mains water → chiller → any shower head → ice-cold.
Warranty support starts with remote diagnosis. Covered defects and Sisu installation faults are remedied under the applicable warranty and law. If inspection confirms a fault caused by the customer, both collection and return shipping, inspection and approved repairs are chargeable at reasonable rates or an estimate agreed in advance. Unrelated warranty rights remain intact.
