Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all orders placed with Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ซิซู ซาวน่า จำกัด), DBD No. 0325563001226, registered in Surin, Thailand.

Who Can Make Promises

Only written terms from Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd. count. Anything promised verbally — discounts, side deals, special arrangements — by anyone, including our own staff, isn't binding unless we confirm it in writing.

How Long a Quote Lasts

A quote is valid for 14 days from the date we issue it. After that, prices and availability may change.

Price Changes

For imported items, we may adjust the price before you confirm your order if our supplier costs, import costs, or exchange rates change.

Payment

Custom sauna: 50% deposit on order confirmation to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before delivery (or before delivery and installation, if installation is included). The 50% deposit is non-refundable once production has started.

Imported goods (chillers, heaters, and other imported equipment): paid in full before we place the order. We don't start or place the order until the full amount is in.

Nothing ships until it's fully paid. No deliveries, no installs, no exceptions.

How to Pay

Bank transfer (Bangkok Bank) — no fees. Card payments and PromptPay QR are handled securely through Stripe; international wire transfer is available for overseas orders.

Late Payment

Unpaid balances add 1.5% interest per month until cleared.

Ownership

The goods stay our property until paid in full. Ownership passes to you only once final payment clears.

Deposits

The 50% deposit on custom saunas is non-refundable. If you cancel after we've started building, or refuse delivery, we keep the deposit to cover our costs.

Delivery Date

We agree an estimated delivery date when you confirm your order. Please make sure we can reach the delivery spot and that someone is there to receive the goods on the day.

Unloading Help

For large or heavy items where installation isn't included, you'll need at least 3 able helpers on site to unload. Our driver can't move heavy goods into position alone. If there aren't enough helpers and we can't unload safely, it counts as a missed delivery (see below).

Missed Delivery

If we can't deliver because no one's there or the site isn't ready, we charge ฿1,000/day until we can, payable before we release the goods. If we still can't deliver after 14 days, we may either store the goods at your cost or cancel the order and keep any deposit.

Rescheduling

Need to change the delivery date? Let us know at least 7 days ahead. New dates depend on our availability.

When Risk Passes to You

Once we reach the agreed delivery date, the goods become your responsibility — even if delivery didn't go ahead because the site wasn't ready.

Checking the Goods

Please inspect everything on delivery and tell us in writing within 7 days if anything's damaged or faulty. After 7 days, we'll assume everything arrived in good order.

If We're Late

If we miss the agreed delivery date, you get 0.2% off the order value for each day we're late, up to 5% of the total. That's the only compensation we offer for late delivery.

Getting the Site Ready

You're responsible for making sure the site can handle the product — including whether the floor can take the weight. Loaded ice baths and saunas are heavy, so if there's any doubt, have a structural engineer confirm the floor can hold it. Leave at least 300mm of clearance on all sides of chiller units. We're not liable for damage caused by installing on an unsuitable surface.

Warranty

Warranty also doesn't cover damage from poor installation, misuse, or skipping the maintenance set out in your product documents.

Our Liability

The most we're liable for is what you actually paid us for the product. We're not responsible for knock-on costs, lost use, installation costs, or third-party claims.

Health Note

Saunas and ice baths aren't for everyone. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have other health concerns, check with a doctor first. We're not liable for health issues arising from product use.

Things Outside Our Control

We're not liable for delays or problems caused by events beyond our control — natural disasters, material shortages, transport issues, government restrictions, and the like.

Disputes

We'll always try to sort out any disagreement through good-faith talks first. If that's not possible, Thai courts and Thai law apply.
