How it works

From first idea to a sauna ready for your space.

01

Design — your way

Start in the 3D builder and shape your sauna in real time — size, benches, glass, wood, heater and layout, with the price updating as you design. Prefer a hand? Contact us with your requirements and our team will help refine the design. Either way, we confirm the specification and send a clear quote.

02

Build

Approve the quote and a 50% deposit starts your custom build. For delivery or collection only, the remaining 50% is due before the sauna leaves our workshop. With on-site assembly, 40% is due before shipping and the final 10% at final inspection, once the sauna is delivered, assembled and complete.

03

Delivery & install

Across Thailand, choose delivery only or on-site assembly. With assembly, our team assembles the sauna and wires its own components, including the heater to the control box. Your licensed electrician must provide the mains supply and make the final connection to the specification we provide.

Real people, real workshop

Every sauna is built by hand — by our own team.

We are a small Thai–Finnish crew building out of our own workshop in Surin, with a showroom in Bang Saen. We cut, frame, clad and finish every cabin ourselves, then deliver and install it with you on-site. No middlemen, no drop-shipping — just people who love saunas building yours.

Inside our walls

The 100 mm wall: box steel, insulation, solid wood.

Every Sisu wall is a factory-built sandwich panel. A welded 50 mm box-steel skeleton carries the structure, insulation fills every cavity, a foil vapour barrier seals the hot side, and both faces are boarded with plywood and clad in real wood. Rigid, straight and insulated — built for Thai heat and humidity.

  • Box-steel frame — 50 × 50 mm
  • Insulation core — 50 mm
  • Plywood — 13 mm, both sides
  • Foil vapour barrier — on the hot side
  • Solid-wood cladding — 12 mm, both sides
  • 100 mm total — one panel is 1000 × 2090 mm

Animated cross-section — the actual construction of every Sisu wall panel.

Micro-climates

One sauna, many climates — pick your heat.

Hot air rises, so the temperature climbs roughly 2–3°C for every 100 mm of height — up to 100°C at the ceiling. That layering creates natural micro-climates: sit on the upper bench for the full heat, the lower bench for a gentler session. Everyone in the same sauna picks their own.

  • Ceiling — up to 100°C
  • Upper bench — 80–90°C, the full löyly
  • Lower bench — 60–75°C, gentler heat
  • Floor — around 45°C
  • 2–3°C per 100 mm of height

Temperature layering in a Sisu sauna — the gradient every sauna bather knows.

On-site assembly

Installation is assembly, not construction.

Your sauna arrives as finished panels and goes together in the same order as our real installation guide — from your level concrete pad to the first heat-up.

  • You A level concrete pad, ready before we arrive
  • You Mains power to the sauna by your licensed electrician — liability rules mean we can't connect the mains ourselves
  • Sisu Panels, roof, glass front and door — assembled by our own crew
  • Sisu Benches, heater, and the heater-to-control-box wiring
  • Sisu First heat-up together with you

Typical on-site assembly sequence of a standard sauna.

New — Ice Shower
Coming soon

Cold plunge, straight from your shower head.

A chiller plumbs into any shower head. Switch it on, wait about 20 minutes for the water to run ice-cold, then step under a fresh, flowing stream — no ice needed. It's far faster than an ice bath: no filling a tub, and no waiting 4–5 hours for the water to get cold.

  • Connects to any shower head
  • ~20 minutes to ice-cold water
  • No tub to fill, no 4–5 hour wait

How it works: mains water → chiller → any shower head → ice-cold.
