We offer two distinct product categories:

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB).

Prices Include

• Sauna or ice bath structure and components as specified
• Standard delivery within Thailand (excluding remote locations)
• Installation services (where applicable)

Prices Do Not Include

• Site preparation or foundation work
• Electrical installation by qualified electrician
• Any modifications to your property
• Permit or approval fees

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer to our Thai bank account
• Credit or debit card payment via Stripe
• Other methods as agreed in writing

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary by product and are stated on the relevant product page and in your quote. Please refer to your quote or invoice for the estimated delivery timeframe applicable to your order.

Delivery Date

An estimated delivery date is agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. The customer must ensure the delivery location is accessible and a responsible person is present on the agreed date.

Failed Delivery Fee

If delivery cannot be completed due to the Customer’s unavailability on the agreed date, a fee of ฿1,000/day applies until delivery is successful, payable before the goods are released.

Rescheduling

Any change to the agreed delivery date requested by the Customer must be made at least 7 days in advance and is subject to the availability of Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd.

Risk Transfer

Risk passes to the Customer on the agreed delivery date, regardless of whether delivery was completed due to the Customer’s unreadiness.

Company Delay

If Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd. fails to deliver by the agreed date, the Customer is entitled to a discount of 0.2% of the total order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 5% of the total contract value. This is the Customer’s sole remedy for late delivery.

Delivery Coverage

• Nationwide delivery across Thailand
• Remote locations may incur additional delivery charges
• Delivery charges for islands or difficult-access locations quoted separately

Installation

• Custom saunas include professional installation
• Pre-made saunas and ice baths are DIY assembly with instructions provided
• Professional installation available for pre-made products at additional cost
• Customer responsible for site preparation and electrical installation

5. Customer Responsibilities

Site Preparation

• Provide level, solid foundation (concrete pad or reinforced deck)
• Ensure adequate space and access for delivery
• Verify ceiling height and clearances meet specifications
• Obtain any required building permits or approvals

Structural Load Capacity

Saunas and ice baths are heavy products, particularly ice baths when filled with water. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the installation surface (floor, deck, balcony, or platform) can safely support the total weight of the product when fully loaded, including the weight of water and occupants. Where there is any doubt, the Customer must engage a qualified structural engineer to confirm the load capacity before installation. Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd. accepts no liability for structural damage, property damage, or injury resulting from installation on an inadequate surface.

Electrical Requirements

• Arrange qualified electrician for heater installation
• Ensure adequate electrical capacity for heater specifications
• Comply with all local electrical codes and regulations
• All electrical work must be certified by licensed electrician

Pre-Delivery Requirements

• Site must be ready before scheduled delivery date
• Clear access path for delivery and installation team
• Protected storage area if components delivered before installation

6. Warranty

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage from improper installation or DIY assembly errors
• Lack of maintenance or cleaning
• Modifications made after delivery
• Outdoor use without proper weather protection
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from power surges or electrical issues
• Misuse or abuse
• Damage from natural disasters, accidents, or acts of God

To Maintain Warranty

• Follow all assembly instructions for DIY models
• Use qualified electrician for heater installation
• Follow recommended maintenance schedule
• Keep all purchase documentation and installation records
• Report any defects within 30 days of discovery

Warranty Claims

• Contact us in writing with photos and description of the issue
• Allow reasonable time for assessment
• We reserve the right to repair or replace defective components
• We will coordinate with manufacturers for parts and support
• Warranty claims result in repair or part replacement, not refund

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Custom Saunas

• Full refund available if cancelled before design approval
• 50% deposit non-refundable once design approved and manufacturing begins
• No refunds after manufacture commences
• Design modifications possible before manufacture (may incur additional fees)

Pre-Made Products

• Full refund if cancelled before manufacturing begins
• No refund once manufacture commences
• Manufacturing typically begins within 1–2 business days of payment
• All products inspected before delivery

Deposit Forfeiture

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If the Customer cancels after production has commenced or refuses delivery, Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd. retains the deposit as liquidated damages.

Change of Mind

• No refunds for change of mind after manufacture begins
• Customer may independently resell the product
• We do not offer buy-back services

8. Damaged or Defective Products

Delivery Inspection

• Inspect all components thoroughly upon delivery
• Note any visible damage on delivery receipt
• Take photos of any damage immediately

Damage Claims

• Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos showing damage clearly
• We will assess and determine appropriate remedy
• Options include repair, replacement parts, or replacement unit

Manufacturing Defects

• Covered under warranty (see Section 6)
• Must be reported within 30 days of discovery
• We will repair or replace defective components at our discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd. is not liable for:

• Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
• Damage resulting from inadequate site preparation
• Structural damage to property caused by installation on surfaces with insufficient load capacity
• Issues arising from inadequate electrical supply or installation
• Consequential damages or loss of use
• Costs incurred due to delivery delays
• Property damage during DIY assembly
• Health issues arising from improper sauna or ice bath use

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Installation & Assembly

Professional Installation (Custom Saunas)

• Performed by our qualified installation team
• Customer must provide safe, prepared site
• Installation team will not perform site preparation, electrical work, or structural modifications
• Customer responsible for ensuring adequate access

DIY Assembly (Pre-Made Products)

• Detailed instructions provided
• Customer responsible for correct assembly
• Support available via phone, email, or video call
• Incorrect assembly voids warranty
• Professional installation available at additional cost

Electrical Installation

• Must be performed by qualified, licensed electrician
• Customer responsibility for all electrical work
• Improper electrical installation voids warranty and creates safety hazards
• We can recommend electricians but do not guarantee their work

11. Safety & Proper Use

Sauna & Ice Bath Safety

• Read and follow all safety instructions
• Never use while intoxicated
• Stay hydrated before and after sessions
• Limit session duration as recommended
• Exit immediately if feeling unwell
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Consult your doctor if you have health conditions

Health Conditions

Consult your doctor before using a sauna or ice bath if you have:

• Heart conditions
• Blood pressure issues
• Pregnancy
• Respiratory conditions
• Recent surgery or injuries

Maintenance

• Follow recommended maintenance schedule
• Keep ventilation clear and functional
• Check heater stones periodically (saunas)
• Clean regularly to prevent mould or mildew
• Allow proper drying time after each use

12. Modifications & Customisation

Before Purchase

• Discuss all customisation requirements upfront
• Custom modifications may affect price and delivery time
• All modifications must be agreed in writing

After Delivery

• Modifications after delivery void warranty
• We are not responsible for third-party modifications
• Structural modifications may affect safety and performance

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, material shortages, transportation disruptions, strikes, or government restrictions.

14. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, images, and content on our website are protected by copyright and belong to Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• Contact us in writing with full details
• We will respond within 5 business days
• We will work to resolve the issue amicably
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Thai law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

16. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at www.sauna.in.th/privacy-policy).

We collect name, contact details, delivery address, payment information (processed securely), and order history. We use this information to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, send order updates, and improve our products and services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or share your information except as required for order fulfilment or by law.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For orders in progress, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order will apply.
