How Sisu Sauna is run

This page exists so that nobody joins Sisu Sauna with the wrong picture of what they are joining. It is not legal fine print — the partner agreement you sign in the portal covers that. This is a plain statement of how this company is run, what your role as a sales partner is, and what you can and cannot expect from us. If anything here puts you off, that is the page doing its job: better now than after your first sale.

Who we are and how the company is run

Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd. is an owner-run company, established in 2020. Our saunas are hand-built at our workshop in Surin and shown at our showroom in Bang Saen. The owners run the company directly and make every business decision — product, pricing, quality standards and direction. We are building a company that should still be here, with its reputation intact, in twenty years. Every decision is weighed against that, not against this month's sales figures.

We grow slowly, on purpose

We do not buy advertising. Not because we cannot afford it, but because we do not want customers who were talked into a sauna — we want customers who found us because someone they trust pointed at their sauna and said "these people built it." Trust like that is earned one finished sauna at a time, and it cannot be bought.

Slow growth also means every order gets the workshop's full attention. We will not take on more volume than we can build properly, and no partner's sales ambitions will change that.

Under-promise, over-deliver

Every promise made to a customer is a debt our workshop has to pay. So we promise carefully and deliver more than we promised — that is the whole method, and it is why our customers recommend us.

For you as a partner this has one hard consequence: you quote official prices only, and you never promise anything on the company's behalf. No invented discounts, no improvised delivery dates, no "I'm sure they can do that." If a customer asks for something that isn't on the official quote, the answer is "I'll ask Sisu" — and we will give you the answer in writing. Dishonesty toward customers or toward us means removal from the program and loss of all unpaid commissions.

What a sales partner is

A partner is an independent seller. You introduce customers, help them choose, and stay their local, trusted face. For that you earn a commission on every completed sale, paid to your bank whenever you request it in the portal. We handle everything else: quoting, production, delivery, on-site assembly and warranty. Your customers are registered to you — visitors from your link are credited to you for 180 days, and we do not bypass you.

What a sales partner is not

A partner is not management, not a shareholder, and not a voice in how the business operates. Selling matters — and so do design, manufacturing, delivery and service. No single part is the company, and the company does not stand or fall with any one of them.

We say this openly because salespeople sometimes come to believe a business runs on their effort alone and should therefore be run their way. Not here. We will never trample on you — your work is respected and fairly paid — but if you expect your role to grow into a say over pricing, marketing, production or strategy, this is not the program for you.

Ideas are welcome. Decisions are ours.

We genuinely like hearing from the field — partners see things we do not, and good suggestions have improved this company before. Send them; we read them.

But a suggestion is not a plan, and being convinced something is a good idea does not make it company policy. If you imagine how Sisu "surely must" handle something, check before acting on it — how the company actually runs is what we state in writing, not what anyone assumes or dreams it to be. Only what Sisu Sauna confirms in writing is company policy.

What you can expect from us

This statement cuts both ways. In return, we commit to:

• ·Your customers credited to you — we never bypass you.
• ·The free 3D designer, marketing materials, and your own public partner page.
• ·Answers in writing whenever you ask on a customer's behalf.
• ·The same under-promise-over-deliver standard toward you that we hold toward customers.

We would rather have twenty partners who understand this company than two hundred who don't.
