Overview

The Narak — Large — Glass Front — Infrared is a 6-person sauna with an external footprint of 2600×2600×2300mm and roughly 5.7 m² of internal bench space. It is one of our indoor builds — made to fit standard ceilings with a flat roof and panoramic glass options.

Construction uses our standard panel system: 12 mm interior cladding over 50 mm rockwool insulation, a sealed vapour barrier, then 12 mm exterior cladding on a kiln-dried frame. The interior is low-conduction thermo-treated timber so the benches stay comfortable at full heat, while the exterior can be specified in pine, teak or red cedar.

It is sized for a 12kW · 380V 3-phase heater. Heaters from 3–9 kW run on a single-phase supply; only larger commercial heaters above 9 kW need three-phase, and the exact wiring is shown in the 3D builder as you design.

Every Narak — Large — Glass Front — Infrared is made to order in Thailand with a 28-35 days lead time from confirmed deposit, and ships nationwide or worldwide as a flat-packed kit with assembly instructions. Yes. Open the 3D designer to switch timber (pine, teak, red cedar), add a glass front, and adjust benches and heater — the price updates live.

What payment and warranty terms apply?

With on-site assembly: 50% deposit to confirm the order. The final 50% is due on the day of delivery, after the sauna has been fully assembled and tested. If the required electricity supply is unavailable when our team arrives and testing cannot take place, the final 50% is due on arrival, before delivery proceeds. The client must arrange the supply in advance; unavailable power does not postpone final payment. The client must have a suitable, energised power supply ready no more than 3 metres from the agreed sauna power connection point before delivery, so the sauna can be tested after assembly. A qualified electrician must prepare the supply to the specified voltage, phase and capacity. For delivery or collection only, the balance is due before dispatch. Every sauna carries a tiered warranty: 10 years on the structure and build, 5 years on the sauna wood, and 1 year on the electronics (heater and controls).
