Why stainless steel interior?

Stainless steel is hygienic, easy to clean, and won’t absorb odours or bacteria like plastic or timber. It maintains water quality longer and lasts for years of daily use without degrading.

Do I need the chiller?

Without a chiller, you’ll need to add ice for each session. The electric chiller maintains your set temperature automatically so that you can plunge anytime without preparation. In Thailand’s climate, a chiller is highly recommended for regular use.

How cold can the water get with the chiller?

The chiller can cool water down to approximately 3°C (37°F), depending on ambient temperature. In Thailand’s heat, expect to maintain a temperature of 5-15°C comfortably. Positioning in shade improves performance.

What’s the Red Cedar chiller box for?

The chiller box is a matching Red Cedar enclosure that protects your chiller unit from weather and gives your setup a cohesive, premium look—recommended for outdoor installations.

What’s the difference between the vinyl cover and the wooden lid?

The vinyl cover (included) is practical and insulates well. The Red Cedar wooden lid (optional upgrade) matches the tub aesthetically and provides a premium finish for visible installations.

Will I fit in the round design?

The 80cm diameter comfortably fits most adults in a seated position with knees bent. The 110cm height allows for complete shoulder immersion. If you prefer more room to stretch out, consider the oval Sanuk model.

Can I use it outdoors year-round in Thailand?

Yes. Red Cedar naturally resists rot, decay, and insects, making it well-suited for Thailand’s tropical climate. The stainless steel interior handles humidity and moisture without issue. We recommend positioning the chiller in a shaded or covered area for best performance.

How often do I need to change the water?

With a chiller and filtration system, water typically stays clean for 2-4 weeks of regular use. Showering before each plunge extends water life. Without a chiller, change water after each session or daily.

What maintenance is required?

Rinse the stainless steel interior periodically. If using a chiller, clean or replace the filter every 2-4 weeks. Treat the Red Cedar exterior with timber oil 1-2 times per year to maintain its appearance. Drain and refill water monthly.

How long does delivery take?
