Based in Surin, Thailand, we also have teams in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya and Phuket.

We’re headquartered in Surin, where we design, manufacture, and warehouse our complete range of saunas. While we don’t operate a public showroom, we welcome scheduled consultations at our facility for serious buyers.

On-Site Visit (1-2 hours)

For custom builds or complex installations, we offer on-site consultations in the greater Bangkok and Pattaya areas. We’ll measure your space, assess technical requirements, and provide detailed recommendations. On-site visits for locations outside these areas may incur a travel fee.

During business hours, we respond within 2 hours via messaging apps and email. Phone calls are answered immediately. After-hours messages receive responses by 10 AM the next business day.
We don’t operate a public showroom, but we welcome scheduled visits to our Pattaya facility for serious buyers interested in custom saunas or bulk orders. Contact us to arrange a visit at least 48 hours in advance.
Yes, all initial consultations are free whether by phone, video call, or email. On-site visits in Bangkok and Pattaya are also free. Travel fees may apply for on-site consultations outside these areas.

We’ve completed projects in neighboring Southeast Asian countries. Contact us to discuss your location, project scope, and logistics. International projects require different timelines and shipping arrangements.
