Who We Are

Sisu Sauna Co., Ltd. ("Sisu Sauna", "we", "us") makes custom saunas, ice baths, chillers and accessories in Thailand. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information We Collect

·Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
·Messages and their contents when you write to us by WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, email, the website contact form, or the 3D sauna designer — including any photos or files you send.
·Your public profile name and account ID from the messaging platform you use (e.g. your WhatsApp display name), so we can reply to the right person.
·Order and payment details — what you ordered, quotes, invoices, and the payment method used. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card details.
·Basic, anonymous website usage statistics (page views) collected without cookies.

How We Use Your Information

·To answer your enquiries and provide customer support across whichever channel you contacted us on.
·To prepare quotes, process orders, take payment, and arrange delivery and installation.
·To keep records of our conversations and transactions, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
·We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your messages for advertising.

Messaging Channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram)

When you message us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, those messages are delivered to us through Meta Platforms, Inc. and are also subject to Meta's own privacy policy. We receive your messages, your public profile name and a platform account identifier so we can read and reply to you from our support inbox. We use these messages only to communicate with you about your enquiry or order.

Who We Share It With

·Service providers who help us operate — payment processing (Stripe), messaging delivery (Meta), email and hosting providers — only as needed to provide the service.
·Delivery and installation partners, where needed to fulfil your order.
·Government authorities where the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your Rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop messaging you. To make a request — including to have your messaging data and conversation history deleted — email sales@sauna.in.th and we will action it within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always the one published on this page.

Read this before you apply

Sisu Sauna is owner-run and built for the long term. Before you apply, understand what you are joining:

We grow slowly, on purpose. We build trust through finished saunas and satisfied customers — never through hype. We do not buy ads, and we never will. If fast volume is what you're after, we are the wrong company for you.
We under-promise and over-deliver. Every promise made to a customer is one our workshop must keep. That's why partners quote official prices only and never promise anything on the company's behalf.
Partners sell. The company is run by its owners. A partner is an independent seller — a valued, respected one — but not management, not a shareholder, and not a voice in how the business operates. Sales is one part of this company alongside design, manufacturing, delivery and service; no single part is the company.
Ideas are welcome. Decisions are ours. We genuinely like hearing suggestions from the field. But a suggestion is not a plan, and imagining how you think Sisu should be run does not make it how Sisu is run. If you expect to reshape the company, don't apply. If you want to sell an honest product for an honest commission, welcome.

You bring the customer — we handle quoting, production, delivery and warranty.
Commission is earned when your customer has paid in full; request a payout any time from your reseller portal (bank transfer).
Official prices only, and no promises on the company's behalf — dishonesty means removal and loss of all unpaid commissions.
You get a personal referral link for the website and the 3D designer — visitors are credited to you for 180 days.
