What’s the difference between the Nallak and Fah Modern Saunas?

Is the Nallak suitable for outdoor installation?

The Nallak is designed primarily for indoor use. If you’re looking for an outdoor sauna, consider our barrel sauna range or the Fah Modern Sauna with appropriate timber selection for outdoor conditions.

What’s the advantage of the corner model?

The corner configuration fits neatly into a room’s corner, maximising your floor space while still providing a generous 7-person capacity. It’s ideal for home gyms, pool houses, or dedicated wellness rooms where you want to preserve open floor area.

What’s the difference between the heater options?

The Box Stone Heater is the standard option – a reliable enclosed design that heats the stones evenly and provides consistent steam production. The Exposed Stone Heater (upgrade) displays the stones openly for a more traditional aesthetic and allows for easier water pouring directly onto the rocks. Both use explosion-proof stones rated for sauna temperatures. All of our sauna heaters are TÜV Safety Certified.

Can I control the temperature from my phone?

Yes, the Wi-Fi App add-on lets you control your sauna temperature from your Apple or Android device. Preheat your sauna before you’re ready to use it, monitor temperatures remotely, and adjust settings without leaving your seat. The standard on-heater control works perfectly for those who prefer simple manual operation.

What’s the difference between the wood options?

Hemlock is a light-coloured softwood with excellent insulation, minimal scent, and good moisture resistance – a cost-effective choice that performs well. Red Cedar offers a richer reddish-brown colour, aromatic odour, and superior natural resistance to moisture. Both woods are well-suited for indoor sauna use.

What’s included with my sauna?

Every Nallak Modern Sauna comes complete with: tempered glass door, Box Stone Heater (TÜV Safety Certified), explosion-proof stones, explosion-proof interior light, wooden bucket and water scoop, temperature gauge, sand timer, door handle, and Installation Manual (English).

How long does assembly take?

Assembly typically takes 1-2 days with 2-3 people. The panels come pre-assembled, which simplifies installation. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included.

What foundation do I need?

The sauna requires a level, solid floor. Most indoor spaces with standard flooring are suitable. Ensure the floor can support the weight of the sauna plus occupants.

How long does delivery take?

The standard delivery timeframe is 3-6 weeks from order confirmation for most locations in Thailand. Remote areas may require additional time. We’ll confirm your specific delivery schedule during the ordering process and provide tracking information once your sauna ships.

What ongoing costs should I expect?

Electric heaters typically cost 400-800 baht per month in electricity for regular use (3-4 sessions weekly), depending on size. Annual maintenance is minimal – mainly occasional cleaning. The quality construction ensures long-lasting durability with minimal upkeep.
