Delivery: Free delivery anywhere in Thailand. Ships within 7-10 business days due to weight and handling requirements.
Installation:
1. Position on a flat, level surface rated for the filled weight (water + tub + user)
2. Stainless steel is heavy — two people minimum for positioning
3. Connect chiller hoses to the inlet (bottom) and outlet (top) ports
4. Fill with clean water to the indicated line
5. Run chiller to reach target temperature (allow 8-12 hours initial cool-down)
6. Fit the lid when not in use
Floor Requirements: Concrete, pavers, or reinforced decking. Not suitable for standard timber decking without a structural assessment.
